analysis and test results analysis, and test result analysis and
reporting. Minimum
five or ten years experience in the overall software development environment,
with an emphasis on web-based application methodologies and strategies.

Experience with object oriented design and development methodologies such as
rational Rose/UML desired. Candidate should have development experience in
either the UNIX/LINUX or Windows environments utilizing Configuration

knowledge of Agile / Feature Driven Design methodologies and ability to adapt

important. Experience with scripting languages like PERL or Ruby and
UNIX/LINUX shell programming. Additionally, a Masters in Computer Science,
Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is desired. Job ID # CY08112 Program Manager (Foreign Language Programs) Candidates shall have at least 2 years experience managing language projects and at least 8 years linguist experience. Candidates must have experience with intelligence community linguist organization and processes. Government and/or DOD contracting experience is preferred, but not required. The Program Manager will provide guidance to the linguist’s team, support a variety of tasks, and apply linguistic research principals and monitor productivity and qualify of work. strong background in web development.
Candidate should possess a knowledge of, or experience in, MOSS 2007 –
Microsoft Office SharePoint Services.
Exposure or experience with .NET programming. Prior experience developing portals and web
development is needed. The ideal
candidate should be a self starter who can install, configure and customize COTS
software with minimal oversight using COTS documentation and open source information. This position requires a strong software
development background, so a degree in Computer Science or related is
